Return Eligibility
At Pink Energy, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. As a general policy, we do not offer returns. However, if you have received the wrong product, we’re here to help.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return
If you've received the wrong item, please contact our customer support team at hi@pinkenergy.pink with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Relevant photos or videos to support your claim

Our team will guide you through the return process and ensure a smooth resolution.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the rare event you receive a damaged or incorrect product, reach out to us right away. We’ll work swiftly to make things right.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for any products.
